It is an old one-arch stone bridge, on the contribution of the rivers Vardas and Zagoritikos near the village of Miliotades, in the municipality of East Zagori, in Epirus. The arch is approximately 18 meters-wide and 5 meters high. The date of the construction is unknown. It was named after the Turkish commander of the city of Ioannina, Kamper Aga, who financed its construction.
